Quang Nam resolves to grant red books for 14 real estate projects

Quang Nam province handles land division procedures, changes registration, and issuance of land use right certificates for 14 real estate projects.

Quang Nam province has just issued a document on handling land division dossiers and granting Certificates to transferees of land use rights in housing construction investment projects in the province.

Accordingly, Quang Nam province agreed in principle to allow the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to continue to resolve the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates to project investors and resolve the procedures for land division, registration of changes, issuance of Land Use Right Certificates, House Ownership Rights and other assets attached to land to transferees of 14 housing projects.

These include specific projects such as Dong Na Service Urban Area and Vong Nhi Urban Area of Dat Phuong Hoi An Joint Stock Company; An Hoa Bay 2 Ecological Urban Area project of FVGLAND Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

Quang Nam province resolves to grant Certificates to transferees of land use rights at 14 projects.

In addition, there is also Thanh Ha Urban Area project, phase 1 - ROYAL CAPITAL Group Joint Stock Company; Nui Thanh town residential area (phase 2) of An An Hoa LLC.

Dat Quang - Quang Nam Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company was also granted certificates for Dien Nam Bac Market Quarter; Truong Dong Residential Area of Quang Nam Urban Environment Joint Stock Company...

According to the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, the maximum rate of granting certificates is not more than 90% of the area depending on the specific project.

Quang Nam province requires the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to work specifically with project investors to have a written commitment and have assets to ensure full implementation of financial obligations arising to pay to the State budget after re-approving specific land prices.

In addition, there is a commitment to voluntarily comply, not to file a lawsuit or complaint when the State agency handles the secured assets in case of failure or delay in fulfilling financial obligations for the difference (if any) according to the notice of the Tax authority when the specific land price of the project is re-approved.

Quang Nam Provincial Tax Department is responsible for guiding and requesting project investors to commit and guarantee assets and monitor the re-approval of land prices of projects to promptly notify and request investors to fully perform arising financial obligations, ensuring no loss of State budget revenue.
