Quang Ngai aims for 80% of public sector officials to master digital technology

Quang Ngai aims to have at least 80% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the public sector proficient in using digital platforms and services by the end of 2025, aiming to reach 100% by 2026. This is one of the key targets in Plan 368 issued by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, aiming to implement the "Digital Literacy for All" Movement throughout the province.

The movement is people-centric, leaving no one behind. The goal is that by the end of 2025, 80% of adults will have basic digital skills; more than 500,000 people will meet digital skills standards through VNeID. 100% of high school and university students will be equipped with learning skills and safe interaction in the digital environment.

Many practical models will be deployed such as: "Digital Family", "Digital Market - Digital Rural Area", "Each Citizen - A Digital Identity".
