Ban Sinh is like a miniature valley located about 3 km from the center of Lung Vai commune, Muong Khuong district. Thanks to actively converting the structure of crops and livestock, and hard work, the ethnic people in Ban Sinh have a prosperous and happy life.

Ban Sinh has 71 households, with 310 people, of which over 60% are Pa Di ethnic people, the rest are Mong, Dao, Tay ethnic groups... Tea is one of the main crops of the Sinh ethnic people. Currently, the whole village has about 42 hectares of tea, mainly Shan Tuyet and Kim Tuyen tea.
Sinh villagers cultivate rice in a fertile valley of about 14 hectares. This year's spring rice crop has favorable weather, the rice plants grow and develop well, promising to bring a bumper crop to Sinh villagers. Taking advantage of available food sources, many households in Sinh village raise large livestock to increase their income. The average income of Sinh villagers is about 40 million VND/year. More and more solid and spacious houses are springing up in the heart of Sinh village. Currently, there is only one household in the whole village that does not have a solid house that meets the "3 hard" criteria.
