Last July, Xiaomi officially launched the Mix Flip - the company's first clamshell folding screen smartphone in China.
The Xiaomi MIX Flip is equipped with a 4.01-inch AMOLED secondary display on the outside and a 6.86-inch foldable AMOLED display on the inside. Both displays have a 120Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, and a maximum brightness of 3000 nits.
In addition, Xiaomi also covers the screen with a layer of Dragon Crystal Glass to prevent scratches and breakage.
The secondary display has a dedicated speaker and microphone on the top, allowing users to easily make calls without opening the device. In addition, it supports a full-size keyboard along with smart partitions, full-screen capture, and several other features.
Xiaomi MIX Flip comes with a dual rear camera system branded Leica with a 50MP main camera, 1/1.55 inch sensor size, 50MP telephoto camera and Leica image for advanced photography with 2x optical zoom support. The main screen of the device has a punch-hole design to accommodate a 16MP selfie camera. In addition, Xiaomi will also equip its new product with optical image stabilization.
It is known that the product uses the latest and most powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC processor from Qualcomm at the present time. It comes with 16GB LPDDR5 Ram and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.
MIX Flip is equipped with a 3D vapor cooling system for heat dissipation, a 4780 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. The device comes pre-installed with Android 14 with HyperOS user interface out of the box.
Some sources said that the international version of the device comes with 12GB/512GB Ram with the only color option being black. The selling price in the European market is about 35.9 million VND, in the Philippines about 28.7 million VND and in Malaysia is 24 million VND.
