Division 9 (Army Corps 34): Many models and experiences in "Skillful Civil Affairs"

In the period of 2021-2025, the Party Committee and Command of Division 9 have synchronously, comprehensively, substantially and effectively deployed the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", building "Good mass mobilization unit".

Agencies and units closely follow the locality, select appropriate and effective content, forms and models of operation; coordinate to build a strong grassroots political system; mobilize resources to participate in socio-economic development, sustainable poverty reduction, improve the material, cultural and spiritual life of the people, strengthen military-civilian solidarity, maintain political stability, social order and safety in the stationed area, and build strong and comprehensive agencies and units.

Over the past 5 years, the Division has mobilized more than 3,000 officers and soldiers to help people concrete more than 8,674m2 ^of residential roads; build 3,800m of new drainage ditches; repair more than 28,800m of inter-village roads, 28,770m of irrigation and drainage canals; provide free medical examination and medicine to nearly 3,000 people; present nearly 9,000 gifts to policy beneficiaries, poor people, and poor students in difficult circumstances...

The collectives with good achievements were rewarded by Division 9.

At the conference, delegates enthusiastically discussed and drew many models and experiences in implementing the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", building "Good mass mobilization units" in the coming time. In which, it is important to strengthen the leadership and direction of Party committees and commanders at all levels; the staff must be truly dedicated, exemplary, responsible, thorough, sensitive, creative, correctly identifying the content of work to help people and mass mobilization work. The contents of coordination must be diverse and stem from the requirements and political tasks of the unit and locality, contributing to solving urgent problems of life, bringing practical benefits to the unit and locality.

The unit must regularly educate and raise awareness and responsibility for all soldiers about mass mobilization work; at the same time strictly comply with mass mobilization discipline; promptly inform and orient the ideology of cadres and soldiers about the political security situation, social order and safety, and socio -economic development of the locality; heighten the spirit of revolutionary vigilance, effectively fight against the plots and tricks of sabotage activities of hostile forces...

In the coming time, the Division will focus on coordinating the development of programs and plans to help people, combined with propaganda and mobilization to successfully implement the Party's guidelines, policies and the State's laws, strengthen people's trust in the Party and fight to defeat the plots and sabotage tricks of hostile forces.

At the conference, the Division awarded 5 collectives with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", building "Good mass mobilization unit" in the period 2021-2025.
