The five projects subject to inspection include: Hon Rom Golf Course; La Gi sea encroachment project to create a new residential-commercial-service area; Sentosa Villa project; Goldsand Hill Villa project and Mui Ne Resort project.
Lam Dong Provincial Inspectorate has issued a document requesting relevant departments and branches to provide documents of a number of coastal projects to implement the inspection plan according to Decision No. 1505/KH-TTCP of the Government Inspectorate .
The inspection aims to examine the implementation of laws in investment management, land use, financial obligations and progress of coastal projects showing signs of slow implementation, low efficiency, and risk of loss and waste, in order to clearly identify the causes and propose solutions.
The projects include Hon Rom Golf Course invested by SI Development Company Limited; La Gi sea encroachment project to create a new residential-commercial-service area implemented by Vi Nam Construction, Trade and Service Company Limited; Sentosa Villa project by Saigon Investment Company Limited; Goldsand Hill Villa project by Loc Tu Company Limited; and Mui Ne Resort project by Lam Vien Investment and Trade Services Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, the Department of Agriculture and Environment provides legal documents related to land allocation, land lease, land use purpose conversion, and issuance of land use right certificates; accompanied by minutes of determining boundaries and landmarks in the field, clearly showing compliance with approved planning.
The Department of Construction provides documents on detailed planning decisions, zoning plans, and directives on construction investment progress. If there are any sales transactions related to the project up to July 1, 2025, it is necessary to add the revenue and expenses of the participating parties.
The Department of Finance reports on appraisal, approval, bidding organization, contract signing, settlement and difficulties and obstacles affecting project progress. The Provincial Tax Department provides detailed information on land use fees, land rent, land use right transfer tax paid and unpaid, and states specific reasons for unfulfilled obligations.
In addition, the Provincial Inspectorate requested units to clarify difficulties, problems, causes, handling authority and propose solutions at each time.
In addition, the Provincial Inspectorate also decided to inspect other projects including: Binh Thuan Medical College Expansion Project; Hong Chinh III Residential Area Technical Infrastructure Project (Hong Thai Commune), Social Housing Area Technical Infrastructure Project (Tuyen Quang Commune) and A3 Residential Area Technical Infrastructure Project (Phan Ri Cua Commune).
