Accordingly, Decree 57 adds the maximum service age limit for female police officers with the rank of lieutenant colonel and colonel; and male police officers with the rank of colonel and general.
The increase in working age limit is applied to police officers.
From August 15 to December 31, the maximum service age for female police officers with the rank of lieutenant colonel is 56 years old.
From January 1, 2024, each year will increase by 4 months until reaching 58 years of age in 2029, determined according to the following roadmap:

Decree 57 also clearly stipulates that from August 15 to December 31, the maximum service age for male police officers with the rank of colonel or general is 60 years and 9 months, and for female police officers with the rank of colonel is 56 years.
From January 1, 2024, each year will increase by 3 months for men until reaching 62 years of age in 2028 and each year will increase by 4 months for women until reaching 60 years of age in 2035, determined according to the following roadmap:
