FLC Group's official dispatch to the State Securities Commission stated that, according to the previous plan, the company is expected to announce its 2021 audited financial statements before April 30. UHY Auditing and Consulting LLC has drafted FLC's 2021 financial statements. However, in order to reach a consensus between the two parties on the audit opinion, UHY and FLC are carrying out additional procedures as a basis for issuing an appropriate audit opinion. Therefore, the official audit report will be announced within three days after the two parties agree on the content and no later than May 25.

At the same time, FLC Group commits to promptly complete and publish the 2021 annual report within 20 days from the date of publication of the audited 2021 financial report.
After having the audited financial statements and the 2021 annual report, the Board of Directors of FLC Group will convene the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled to be held in August 2023. At this meeting, the Board of Directors will submit to shareholders for approval the selection of an audit unit for the 2022 financial statements.
FLC will then work with the auditing company to produce the audited financial statements for 2022, expected in November 2023.
The delay in announcing the 2021 financial report after many reminders and warnings was the direct cause of FLC's delisting from the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. After that, FLC shares were registered for trading on UPCoM, but due to the failure to correct information disclosure violations, the shares continued to be suspended from trading.
At the same time, FLC has not yet submitted its audited semi-annual financial report for 2022, its fourth quarter financial report for 2022, and has not yet held its 2022 annual general meeting of shareholders. The delay in announcing its financial report in recent times is due to FLC not finding any auditing unit that agrees to conduct the audit after former Chairman Trinh Van Quyet was arrested on March 29, 2022.
