To enhance the development cooperation relationship between leading corporations in the country, affirming the role and responsibility of State economic corporations in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, the corporations have agreed to sign strategic cooperation agreements between the corporations.
During the working program, General Director of Vietnam Chemical Group (Vinachem) Nguyen Huu Tu; General Director of Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) Dao Nam Hai and General Director of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group ( VNPT ) Huynh Quang Liem officially signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement under the witness of the Chairmen of the Groups of the parties.

In the memorandum of understanding, the parties agreed to cooperate extensively in the following areas: prioritizing cross-use of each other's products and services; cooperating in distributing products and services on each party's system and network; collaborating on synergy and other cooperation, etc. With the prestige and position of the Groups in the Vietnamese economy, the signing of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement is expected to bring the parties new opportunities and development potential, together promoting the development of potential projects that benefit the country, jointly researching and cooperating to accompany, develop together, and expand to the international market.
