Tay Ninh: 5-seat car burned down on Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong highway

On the afternoon of July 6, on the Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong Expressway, passing through Khanh Hau Ward, Tay Ninh Province, a 5-seat car caught fire. Authorities are currently verifying and investigating the cause.

The car was on fire

According to initial information, at around 1 p.m. the same day, a 5-seat car with license plate 51L-509.02 was traveling on the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong highway from the West to Ho Chi Minh City.

When reaching the area of Khanh Hau ward, Tay Ninh province, the driver discovered smoke coming from the car and immediately stopped the car in the emergency lane to put out the fire.

Authorities tried to put out the fire but the car was completely burned down.

However, the fire broke out fiercely, the driver tried to put it out but failed. The traffic police patrolling the highway discovered the fire and quickly arrived at the scene to put it out.

The fire did not cause any human casualties, vehicles were burned down, and traffic through the area was locally congested./.
