Establishment of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho province
According to Decision No. 1481/QD-TTg, the Phu Tho Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board was established on the basis of merging the Phu Tho Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, the Vinh Phuc Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board and the Hoa Binh Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board.
The Management Board of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho Province (hereinafter referred to as the Management Board) is an agency under the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province, performing the function of direct state management of industrial parks in Phu Tho Province; managing and organizing the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other support services related to investment and production and business activities for enterprises in industrial parks in the province according to the provisions of law.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation; it abolishes Decision No. 718/QD-TTg dated June 7, 2007 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Industrial Parks Management Board of Hoa Binh province.
The People's Committee of Phu Tho province is responsible for coordinating with the Ministry of Justice to review and propose the abolition of Decision No. 971/1997/QD-TTg dated November 15, 1997 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Phu Tho Industrial Park Management Board and Decision No. 190/1998/QD-TTg dated September 29, 1998 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Vinh Phuc Industrial Park Management Board in accordance with the provisions of law.

Establishment of the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Nai province
Decision No. 1486/QD-TTg clearly states that the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Nai province is established on the basis of merging the Management Board of Dong Nai Industrial Parks, the Management Board of Dong Nai High-Tech Biotechnology Park and the Management Board of Binh Phuoc Economic Zone.
The Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Nai Province (hereinafter referred to as the Management Board) is an agency under the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province, performing the function of direct state management of industrial parks, economic zones, and high-tech zones in Dong Nai Province; managing and organizing the provision of public administrative services and other support services related to investment, production, business, research, and technology transfer activities for investors and enterprises in industrial parks, economic zones, and high-tech zones in Dong Nai Province according to the provisions of law.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation; annuls Decision No. 204/TTg dated April 6, 1995 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Dong Nai Industrial Park Management Board, Decision No. 2070/QD-TTg dated December 11, 2009 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Economic Zone Management Board and Decision No. 4000/QD-UBND dated November 28, 2016 of the Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of the High-Tech Biotechnology Park Management Board under the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee.
