At the conference, Youth Union and Association officials and volunteers were trained in three specialized topics: Instructions on using VNeID utilities and online public services on the "Digital Popular Education" platform; methods to support people in using online public services effectively; basic AI applications in supporting public services at commune, ward and special zone levels.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Council of Young Pioneers Nguyen Pham Duy Trang requested that the Youth Unions of provinces and cities closely monitor and proactively summarize difficulties and problems to report at weekly meetings, helping the Central Youth Union promptly coordinate and support, ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of the campaign.

After the training, the officers in charge and the team leaders are responsible for retraining the local forces; requiring 100% of volunteers to complete online courses on "Digital Literacy" and "Youth volunteers to support two-level local governments".

“Each volunteer must be an example of professionalism: firmly grasping the principles, not doing professional tasks, not exceeding authority, keeping information confidential, but always ready and wholeheartedly supporting the people,” emphasized Central Youth Union Secretary Nguyen Pham Duy Trang.

It is known that up to now, the program has mobilized more than 240,000 union members and youths, organized into 4,821 volunteer teams deployed in 3,321 communes, wards and special zones, including 286 border areas, remote areas and isolated areas.

Currently, volunteer teams have been directly involved in supporting commune and ward officials in digitizing data, guiding people in using online public services, synchronizing electronic identification information, installing VNeID, looking up and submitting documents online. In many localities, creative models such as "1-1", "technology translation", "digital education for the masses", "propaganda loudspeakers", "youth - police dual teams" have quickly shown their effectiveness.
