Pig price in the North today October 18, 2024
In the Northern region, the price of live pigs today, October 17, 2024, continued to move sideways in many localities and traded in the range of 64,000 - 65,000 VND/kg.
Specifically, the highest price of live pigs in the region is in the provinces of Thai Nguyen and Thai Binh .
The remaining localities in the Northern region also purchased at 64,000 VND/kg, the same price as yesterday.

Latest live pig prices in the Central Highlands region
In the region, many provinces and cities remained unchanged, some provinces did not record any adjustment and remained unchanged in this morning's session. Accordingly, live pigs in the Central region are being purchased from 62,000 - 64,000 VND/kg.

In this region, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Binh Thuan provinces all reached the mark of 64,000 VND/kg. Notably, Dak Lak province alone maintained the lowest mark in the region at 62,000 VND/kg. The remaining provinces and cities maintained the mark of 63,000 VND/kg.

In the Southern region, the price of live pigs today is the same as the whole country and fluctuates around 63,000 - 65,000 VND/kg.
Specifically, the price of live pigs in Ben Tre was at the lowest level in the region at 62,000 VND/kg this morning.

The highest in the region are the provinces and cities: Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh City, all trading at 65,000 VND/kg. The remaining localities traded at 64,000 VND/kg.
In general, the price of live pigs today unexpectedly remained stable across the country after many consecutive days of decline. According to a survey, the price of live pigs in the three regions is currently fluctuating between 62,000 - 65,000 VND/kg.
