Letter of encouragement from Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of Bac Ninh province

BAC NINH - On August 4, Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee sent a letter of encouragement to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of Bac Ninh province. The content of the letter is as follows:

"In recent times, administrative reform in Bac Ninh province has had many positive changes, which have been recognized and highly appreciated by people and businesses. Some commune-level People's Committees have been proactive and creative in organizing implementation, flexibly arranging cadres, civil servants and public employees to directly guide, receive and resolve administrative procedures for people outside of office hours, on weekends or at mobile locations in residential areas.

The practical and humane actions of state agencies deeply demonstrate the spirit of serving the people; concretizing the motto: "Taking people and enterprises as the center, the subject, the goal and the driving force of reform" . On behalf of the Provincial People's Committee, I respectfully acknowledge and commend the sense of responsibility, dedication and continuous efforts of the localities. These are typical models, bright spots that need to be spread, learned and replicated throughout the province.

In the context that Bac Ninh province is focusing on implementing key tasks such as: Arranging administrative units, perfecting the organizational apparatus according to the two-level local government model, promoting digital transformation, administrative reform, ... the need for support in handling administrative procedures of the people is increasing, I propose that agencies, units, and localities develop plans to launch emulation movements, encourage and motivate cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, and youth union members to voluntarily register to participate in supporting people in carrying out administrative procedures at their place of residence, contributing to the formation of "digital residential areas", promoting the spread and formation of a synchronous and comprehensive digital society in the province .

I believe that, with the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and dedication, we will unite and join hands to build a creative and serving Bac Ninh government, for our homeland Bac Ninh to become increasingly rich, beautiful, civilized and modern.
