Images of evidence showing signs of counterfeiting the HONDA brand are being temporarily detained by authorities for further processing according to regulations.
As a result of the inspection, the Inspection Team seized nearly 100 motorcycle spare parts of various types with signs of counterfeiting the HONDA trademark, which is protected in Vietnam. The Inspection Team drew up a record of the inspection results and temporarily detained all of the above goods according to regulations.
Based on the inspection results and the seized exhibits, Market Management Team No. 5 will continue to investigate and verify. After obtaining the results, it will propose to issue an administrative decision in accordance with the provisions of law.
In the coming time, Market Management Team No. 5 will continue to inspect and handle violations in a drastic and thorough manner to maximally protect consumer rights as well as create a healthy business environment.
