Attracting new investment capital into Cam Khe Industrial Park

Cam Khe Industrial Park has a planned area of 450 hectares, of which 350 hectares have been cleared. Of which, the area of the project to invest in and operate the industrial park infrastructure is over 427 hectares, with Duc Anh Construction Joint Stock Company as the investor. Up to now, the total value of investment in the industrial park infrastructure is about 1,900 billion VND. This is a multi-industry mixed industrial park, including high-tech industries, supporting industries, consumer goods manufacturing industries, some processing and manufacturing industry codes... Cam Khe Industrial Park has attracted 33 investment projects, of which 7 are domestic investment projects, with a total registered capital of nearly 5,160 billion VND, 26 are foreign investment projects, with a total registered investment capital of 393 million USD. In the industrial park, 28 projects have been put into production and business, creating jobs for over 6,000 workers. The area of industrial land leased is about 125 hectares.

Hwa Sung Vina Co., Ltd. operates effectively in Cam Khe Industrial Park in the field of manufacturing electronic components for export.

One of the outstanding advantages of Cam Khe Industrial Park is its prime geographical location, located near major traffic routes such as National Highway 32C, Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway, and the inter-regional road connecting Phu Tho with Yen Bai that has just been put into operation. The branch line connecting the inter-regional road to the Industrial Park with a length of over 3km is also being accelerated in construction progress, helping to increase the multi-dimensional connectivity of the Industrial Park with neighboring areas.

Technical infrastructure inside and outside the industrial park is gradually invested synchronously, associated with the development of auxiliary services, meeting the production and business needs of enterprises.

Cam Khe Industrial Park has invested in a phase I wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 5,000m3/day and night. The wastewater treatment plant is equipped with an automatic wastewater monitoring system, which records, monitors and continuously updates important environmental parameters, helping functional sectors and investors closely control the amount of wastewater and promptly detect and handle incidents. Investing in environmental infrastructure not only ensures management requirements but also helps businesses feel secure when deploying and maintaining production activities in the Industrial Park.
