Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Quoc Hung was promoted to the rank of Senior Lieutenant General.

(NLDO) - President Luong Cuong stated that Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung is a cadre who received basic training, grew up from the grassroots, and was trained and tested.

On December 27, President Luong Cuong presented a decision to promote the rank of Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Quoc Hung from Lieutenant General to Senior Lieutenant General.

At the ceremony, President Luong Cuong affirmed that the promotion to the rank of Senior Lieutenant General is an honor and pride, but also a heavy responsibility entrusted by the Party, State and people.

The President stated that Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung is a cadre who has received basic training, matured from the grassroots, and has been trained and tested through many leadership and command positions in the People's Public Security Force. He always has a strong political stance; pure revolutionary ethics; is exemplary, responsible, and has fulfilled well and excellently all assigned duties and tasks. He was awarded the Second Class Feat of Arms Medal by the Party and State in 2022, the First Class Feat of Arms Medal in 2024, and many other noble awards.

The President expressed his belief that Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung will continue to promote the glorious tradition of the heroic people's public security force, maintain revolutionary ethics, be absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people; actively study, cultivate and train; and unite with cadres, soldiers and people.

Expressing his honor of being promoted to the rank of Senior Lieutenant General of the People's Public Security by the Party and State, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung promised to be absolutely loyal to the Fatherland, the Party, the State and the people; to uphold and maintain revolutionary ethics, and to regularly cultivate and train himself.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung firmly believes that under the leadership of the Party and State, together with the strength of national solidarity, the consensus and support of the people and international friends, the People's Public Security force will certainly successfully complete all assigned tasks, worthy of being the "sharp sword" and "solid shield" protecting the Party, State and people, ensuring security and order for national development.
