DTO - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 303/QD-TTg dated April 12, 2024 appointing Mr. Pham Thanh Binh - Director of the Northeast Asia Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs . The term of appointment is 5 years.
