On June 16, the People's Committee of Phuoc Vinh Ward ( Hue City, Thua Thien - Hue ) issued a notice to find relatives of a newborn baby girl abandoned on the side of the road early in the morning.
Previously, at around 5:15 a.m. the same day, Ms. TTT (residing in An Cuu Ward, Hue City) was walking for exercise when she discovered a newborn baby girl abandoned on the side of Dang Huy Tru Street (Phuoc Vinh Ward).

Upon receiving the report, the authorities arrived at the scene and made a report. At the time of discovery, the baby girl was about 1.5 months old, weighing 5 kg, placed in a pink plastic basket with accompanying items including a shirt, pants, and a milk bottle.
When people discovered the baby, the baby's health was normal. After that, the Phuoc Vinh Ward authorities assigned Ms. T. (the person who discovered the baby) to temporarily raise the baby.
Phuoc Vinh Ward People's Committee announced that within 7 days from the time of discovery, if no one comes to claim the child, the authorities will carry out birth registration and related procedures for the child according to the provisions of law.
In addition, if people discover information about the child's biological parents, please contact and notify the Phuoc Vinh Ward authorities.
