Dak Lak province collected more than 521 billion VND for the state budget from land auctions.

According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, by the end of July 2025, there were 6 branches of the Land Fund Development Center in the province that successfully auctioned 304 surplus lands, collecting more than 521 billion VND for the budget.

Specifically: Quang Phu area branch: nearly 80 billion VND; Ea H'leo area branch: more than 34.6 billion VND; Buon Ho area branch: more than 64.8 billion VND; Dong Hoa area branch: nearly 15.6 billion VND; Tuy Hoa area branch: nearly 289.7 billion VND; Song Cau area branch: more than 36.3 billion VND.

It is expected that from now until the end of 2025, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will auction 933 land plots in 59 projects, with a total starting price of more than VND 2,332 billion. Of which, it is expected that 714 land plots will be successfully auctioned (reaching 76.52% of the total number of land plots put up for auction), collecting more than VND 2,041 billion for the state budget.

Specifically: The Office of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will organize the auction of 293 land plots in 2 projects, with a total starting price of more than 426 billion VND; the remaining plots will be auctioned by branches of the Land Fund Development Center in the province.

According to data from the Department of Finance, by the end of July 2025, the total state budget revenue in the province reached VND 9,211 billion (equal to 68.75% of the central budget estimate and 56.47% of the provincial budget estimate). Revenue from land use fees alone reached VND 2,643 billion (equal to 70.14% of the central budget estimate and 41.16% of the provincial budget estimate).
