According to the relevant authorities, the province currently has 5 social housing projects approved for investment by the Provincial People's Committee.
That is the Social Housing Apartment Complex Project in Phu Tai Ward, Phan Thiet City, invested by Binh Thuan Housing Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company, including 306 apartments, completed and put into use. The Phu Thinh Social Housing Apartment Complex Project invested by Phu Thinh Real Estate Investment and Trading Company Limited, including 680 apartments, the project is under construction but behind schedule. The Social Housing Project for Workers in Ham Kiem I Industrial Park, Ham Kiem - Ham My Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District, invested by Hoang Quan Binh Thuan Real Estate Consulting - Trading - Service Joint Stock Company; the project scale includes 1,216 apartments (955 townhouses + 261 apartments). The project investor has completed the construction of the Townhouse Complex (phase 1) with 399 apartments and is implementing phase 2.
In addition, there is the Social Housing Project for Workers in Ham Kiem II Industrial Park, Ham Kiem Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District, invested by Binh Tan Investment Joint Stock Company; the project scale includes 5,624 apartments, with a total floor area of 457,910m2. The investor has just built an apartment complex at Lot B2 (not completed), with a scale of 280 apartments. The Social Housing Project for Workers in Song Binh Industrial Park is invested by Rang Dong Joint Stock Company; the project scale with a land area of 14.8ha, a scale of about 762 apartments, currently the investor is completing procedures to implement the project.
