Dry , roast, grind and turn into coffee
There is a gift that people often compare to "black as hell, bitter as death, sweet as love" and that is coffee, a wonderful gift that is welcomed by the whole world .
When it comes to the rich flavor of coffee, we will surely think of Dak Lak - often called the capital of Vietnamese coffee. Proudly, that peaceful land is also where I was born and raised. Since I was a child, I have been immersed in the wild wilderness with endless coffee hills.

Every March, coffee flowers bloom in a white color covering the fields. The sweet scent of the flowers spreads throughout the mountains and forests. In my hometown, most of the old, young, big and small are "addicted" to coffee. Coffee has become a familiar drink to quench thirst every day.
After each harvest season, every household competes to choose the plump, ripe coffee beans, dry them, crush the shells to get the seeds, roast them until fragrant, then store them in a sealed cabinet to grind into powder to drink gradually. Every morning when going to the fields, people prepare a pot of pre-brewed black coffee to take with them to drink. Occasionally during the festival season or if they have the opportunity to go to the city, they will stop by the roadside cafes to sip cups of pure black coffee under the Trung Nguyen brand.
Coffee processed by Trung Nguyen is very diverse in types, suitable for changing taste buds. In the cool weather, the rich flavor of a cup of iced black coffee and the poetic and charming scenery of the shop make people's souls ecstatic and intoxicated.
