The “Red Scarf” house was built for two siblings: Ksor Ning (grade 6, Le Loi Secondary School) and Ksor Ninh (grade 2, Ho Tung Mau Primary School, Tan Son Commune). Their families are poor households in Teng 2 village. The house is about 44 square meters, including 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. The total construction cost of 65 million VND was sponsored by the Pleiku City Youth Union and the Binh Duong Province Community English Club.

Teng 2 Village is a sister unit of Pleiku City Youth Union. Through this meaningful project, the youth of the units hope that the families of Ksor Ning and Ksor Ninh will have a stable home, creating motivation for the two children to study hard and practice well.
