(GLO)- The People's Committee of Kbang district (Gia Lai province) has just issued a Plan to organize the Tourism Festival in 2023. Accordingly, this important local event is expected to take place from August 4 to 6.

Within the framework of the Festival, there is a Food and Gastronomy Fair, traditional cultural and sports activities at the Cultural Park, the District Central Square. Introducing and guiding visitors to visit fruit gardens in Kbang town, Nghia An and Son Lang communes; exploring and experiencing eco-tourism sites, historical and cultural relics, scenic spots such as: Nup Hero Memorial House (To Tung commune), Revolutionary Base Zone 10 (Krong commune), Kon Bong waterfall (Dak Rong commune), Hang Doi waterfall (Kbang town) ...; learning about traditional culture, enjoying cuisine at Mo Hra community tourism village (Kong Long Khong commune), Stor resistance village restoration area (To Tung commune) ...

This is the 4th time Kbang district has organized the festival, aiming to continue to concretize Resolution No. 07-NQ/HU dated November 2, 2021 of the Kbang District Party Executive Committee (Term IX) on attracting investment in developing tourism types associated with service development to exploit and promote tourism potential and advantages in the district in the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.
The festival also contributes to promoting propaganda and promoting tourism potential and restoring tourism activities after the Covid-19 pandemic, calling for tourism investment promotion in the district.
