In the 15th minute, Thuc Nghi took advantage of a foul by the Singapore defense to make a tricky shot in the penalty area, opening the score for the Vietnam U20 women's team.
In the second half, the home team continued to maintain the pressure. Just a few minutes after the match resumed, Y Za Luong overcame the opposing defender and shot diagonally to increase the score to 2-0. Two minutes later, Luu Hoang Van broke through fiercely before assisting Thao Nguyen to shoot into an empty net, increasing the gap to 3-0.
