Provincial People's Committee: Awarding decisions on personnel work

On December 13, the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to hand over decisions on personnel work. Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province attended and handed over the appointment decision.

At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Hai, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, announced the following decisions: Transferring and appointing Mr. Truong Van Tien, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment to the position of Director of the Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion; transferring and appointing Mr. Pham Thanh Binh, former Director of the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion under the Department of Industry and Trade and Mr. Nguyen Anh Minh, Deputy Head of the Department of Social Affairs and Foreign Affairs, Office of the Provincial People's Committee to the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion. Appointing Mr. Le Xuan Tu, Head of the Project Management Department, Capacity Building and Implementation of ODA Projects in the Water Sector to the position of Deputy Director of the Capacity Building and Implementation of ODA Projects in the Water Sector; appointing Mr. Le Quoc Dat, Head of the Project Management Department 2, Provincial Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board to the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board.

Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province presented the decision to appoint officials.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the capacity and working experience of the comrades who have just been transferred and appointed. He hoped that the comrades who have just taken on new positions will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, improve their qualifications and management capacity, be proactive and creative in attracting and calling for investment; accompany, support and promptly resolve difficulties and problems for businesses; well manage key projects and works of the province to ensure the progress and quality of the works, effectively contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the province. Closely coordinate with departments and branches to excellently complete assigned tasks.

Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to Comrade Ha Anh Quang, Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, who retired under the regime.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers and gifts to recognize the positive contributions during the working process of comrade Ha Anh Quang, Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, who retired according to the regime.
