VinFast is implementing a strategy to strongly expand its service workshop system nationwide to meet the increasing needs of customers after becoming the best-selling car brand in Vietnam in September 2024 with more than 9,300 electric vehicles delivered.
This figure marks an important milestone in the development journey of the Vietnamese car company, and at the same time poses a big challenge in ensuring the quality of after-sales service for users.
According to the ambitious plan, from now until the end of 2024, VinFast will open 150 new service workshops, concentrated in localities with a large number of electric vehicles such as Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City, Bac Ninh, Lang Son and Khanh Hoa.
The company's goal is to cover services in 63 provinces and cities, becoming the car company with the largest service workshop network in Vietnam.
This expansion not only helps VinFast enhance its customer service capabilities but also demonstrates the company's long-term commitment to the domestic market.
In parallel with expanding infrastructure, VinFast is also implementing comprehensive training programs for its staff.
In October 2024, the company organized a series of in-depth seminars combined with soft skills training for all staff of distributors nationwide.
In particular, VinFast will provide intensive training for 200 new technicians in a two-month program at its factory in Hai Phong , with all costs covered by the company. This shows VinFast's serious investment in improving the quality of human resources.
In the field of strategic cooperation, VinFast and GSM are actively collaborating with local partners to expand the service network. GSM has established the MeKong Xanh SM joint venture with Mai Linh Group, aiming to build 99 service workshops by 2025.
This cooperation not only expands service capabilities but also takes advantage of the experience and reputation of long-standing partners in the industry.
In addition, GSM has also signed cooperation agreements with 60 VinFast-approved service workshops nationwide, creating a reliable service network for both individual customers and business partners.
It is expected that by the end of 2024, the total number of VinFast and GSM service workshops will exceed 300 facilities, an impressive number showing the rapid growth of the Vietnamese car company.
