Ms. Le Van - the owner of the black chicken product in Muong Long commune, Ky Son district said: When I heard that the product was selected to be introduced to Hanoi at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, I was very happy and quickly prepared carefully. Black chicken is the most famous breed of chicken in Ky Son district, raised in high mountains, cold climate, eating natural foods such as corn, vegetables, tubers, and fruits. This helps black chicken meat have a delicious and special flavor, rich in nutrients, bringing many health benefits to humans. However, because this breed of chicken is not popular, living in special weather conditions, on this occasion, in addition to introducing the product, I also hope that all levels and sectors will have solutions to preserve and expand this breed of chicken in the coming time.
