Agribank Quang Nam branch gives livelihoods to people of Tay Giang commune

DNO - On July 17, Agribank Quang Nam branch coordinated with Tay Giang Commune People's Committee to present more than 3,450 H'mong chickens to 647 farming households in Ta' Ri, Nal, Por' Ning, Arơh, and Aro villages.

This is an annual activity under the twinning program of Agribank Quang Nam branch with the old Lang commune (now Tay Giang commune). The program cost nearly 242 million VND from contributions of officers, civil servants and employees of Agribank Quang Nam branch.

Over 24 years of implementing the twinning program, Agribank Quang Nam branch has supported the construction of 39 houses for poor households; provided livelihoods including 2,200 Muscovy ducks, 3,696 green-skinned grapefruit trees, 3,800 Thai jackfruit trees and Taiwanese mango trees... From these resources, people in Ta' Ri, Nal, Por' Ning, Arơh, Aro villages have the conditions to develop the economy, increase income and sustainably reduce poverty.
