With the desire to support customers to repay old loans in advance to serve business and living needs, Agribank has implemented loans for individual customers to repay loans in advance at other banks with preferential interest rates from only 6.0%/year, applied from October 3, 2023.

Accordingly, customers can borrow capital for up to 30 years (but not exceeding the remaining loan term of the loan at the borrowing bank) with a maximum loan amount of 100% of the outstanding principal and the remaining undisbursed commitment amount (if any) of the old loan and in accordance with Agribank's regulations.
Currently, Agribank applies preferential lending interest rates for individual customers from only 6.0%/year in the first 6 months or only 6.5%/year in the first 12 months or only 7.5%/year in the first 24 months. Agribank will adjust lending interest rates according to the actual situation.
Customers can use a variety of assets to secure loans, such as: Real estate (land use rights and assets attached to land, houses, future project houses), deposit balances, savings cards, valuable papers issued by commercial banks, government bonds, bonds guaranteed by the Government , and State Treasury bills.
With this preferential interest rate, customers will have more options to borrow capital from Agribank with low and stable interest rates, helping customers to be proactive in their personal and family financial plans.
