57 collaborators from previous districts attended and shared their experiences after two years of working with the Hanoi Moi Newspaper.
At the meeting, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Hanoi Moi Newspaper Luong Chi Cong said that since 2017, Hanoi Moi Newspaper has been honored to carry out the task of organizing the publication and presenting Hanoi Moi Newspaper to party members who have received the 50-year Party membership badge or more according to Decision No. 1487-QD/TU of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee. Initially, the delivery of newspapers to party members was assigned to the Central Press Distribution Company and Hanoi Post Office . However, the delivery quality was not stable, many party members reported not receiving newspapers, receiving newspapers irregularly...
To thoroughly resolve the difficulties in delivering newspapers to party members, on July 1, 2023, Gia Thuy ward (old Long Bien district) was chosen as the point to deploy the "autonomous distribution" model.
In fact, after 2 years of implementation, the “autonomous distribution” model has achieved remarkable results. The number of opinions about not receiving newspapers has decreased significantly; all complaints from party members have been handled quickly and thoroughly; there have been no “hot spots” regarding the quality of newspaper delivery.
"It can be said that the collaborators have truly been an important part of the publishing work of Hanoi Moi newspaper, the "extended arm" of Hanoi Moi newspaper in bringing the newspaper in the fastest and most timely way to party members and readers in the capital" - Deputy Editor-in-Chief Luong Chi Cong emphasized.
According to comrade Luong Chi Cong, on the occasion of the 2nd anniversary of the implementation of the model of building a distribution network at the grassroots level, which is also an important time for the country and the Capital when implementing a two-level local government, Hanoi Moi Newspaper organized a meeting to express gratitude to the collaborators who have accompanied the Newspaper in performing well the assigned tasks; at the same time, to discuss difficulties and problems to find the best solution when there are changes in administrative boundaries.
At the meeting, the collaborators shared their initiatives and experiences and affirmed that they will continue to work with Hanoi Moi Newspaper to contribute to the successful completion of the political tasks assigned by the City Party Committee.
