Binh Duong opens two important infrastructure projects connecting the Southeast region

The dynamic route of Bac Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Bau Bang and Bach Dang 2 bridge, when opened to traffic, will connect Binh Duong with localities in the Southeast region.

On September 23, Binh Duong province opened two important infrastructure projects: the Bac Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Bau Bang dynamic route and Bach Dang 2 bridge.

The Bac Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Bau Bang road project has a total length of nearly 48 km, passing through 3 districts including Bac Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Bau Bang and a 5 km branch connecting from Tam Lap intersection, Phu Giao district to Dong Phu district, Binh Phuoc province.

The Bac Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Bau Bang dynamic route passes through many industrial park projects about to be built in Binh Duong.

The starting point of the project is at Tan Thanh intersection with DT 746 road, Bac Tan Uyen district and the end point is at Lai Uyen town (Bau Bang district).

The route has a scale of 6 lanes, a design speed of 80 km/h with a total investment of more than 5,256 billion VND. Of which, the construction cost is more than 3,067 billion VND and the compensation and site clearance cost is 1,531 billion VND.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Mai Hung Dung, Vice Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that this route is an important link in the transportation system of the province and the region.

The completed route will open up new development space for the northern districts of Binh Duong province, contributing to attracting investment, creating jobs, and improving people's lives.

It is known that this route passes through many industrial parks that Binh Duong will start construction in the near future such as Cay Truong Industrial Park, Bau Bang district.

Also on September 23, Binh Duong province inaugurated Bach Dang 2 bridge, connecting Bach Dang commune (Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong province) with Binh Loi commune (Vinh Cuu district, Dong Nai province).

The project has a total length of more than 2.8 km, of which the bridge is 410 m long, 17 m wide, built into 4 lanes. The total investment of the project is nearly 500 billion VND from the budget of Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces.

After completion, Bach Dang 2 Bridge will facilitate people's traffic, helping to connect trade between industrial parks in Tan Uyen City, Bac Tan Uyen District of Binh Duong Province with Bien Hoa City, Vinh Cuu District, Trang Bom District of Dong Nai Province.
