In October 2023, Ms. NTBL borrowed capital from BIDV Phu Tho Branch with an amount of 7 billion VND and participated in BIC's BIC Binh An insurance product with an insurance amount of 4 billion VND. On December 19, 2023, an unfortunate risk occurred, Ms. NTBL died in a traffic accident.
