Continuing the visit and work in Japan, on the afternoon of April 23, the delegation of Lao Cai province led by Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited and worked at the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan.
Receiving the delegation of Lao Cai province was Mr. Pham Quang Hieu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Japan.
At the meeting, Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu briefly informed about the results of the relationship between Vietnam and Japan in recent times and affirmed: The relationship between the two countries and localities is increasingly strong, developing comprehensively in the fields of economy , education, health, labor - employment...
The Ambassador affirmed: The potential and opportunities for investment cooperation between Lao Cai and Japanese localities and enterprises are huge, especially in terms of labor, employment and tourism . Therefore, Lao Cai needs to take advantage of the opportunity, further strengthen the cooperative relationship, and attract investment from Japanese enterprises to the locality. In his role, Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu affirmed that he will support, act as a bridge, and provide maximum support for investment promotion activities of Japanese enterprises in Lao Cai.
Congratulating the diplomatic achievements between Vietnam and Japan in recent times, in which the particularly important role of Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu and the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trinh Xuan Truong sincerely thanked the support and assistance of the Vietnamese Embassy in connecting Lao Cai with Japanese localities and enterprises and supporting the province's investment promotion activities in Japan to take place successfully.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trinh Xuan Truong affirmed: Lao Cai province is very active and determined to establish cooperative relations with Japan in agriculture - forestry, tourism - culture, labor and vocational training. After this working trip, the Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee will assign departments and branches to continue discussing and agreeing on the next steps to implement the cooperation contents. Lao Cai hopes that the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan will support Japanese enterprises with more information about Lao Cai as well as localities along the Red River dynamic axis to seek cooperation and investment opportunities.
