At the ceremony, the Veterans Association of Thai Nguyen province announced the Decision of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association on the establishment of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Veterans Association on the basis of merging the Thai Nguyen Provincial Veterans Association (old) and the Bac Kan Provincial Veterans Association (old); terminating the legal status of the Bac Kan Provincial Veterans Association and the Thai Nguyen Provincial Veterans Association (old) from July 1, 2025.

In the above decision, the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association also appointed a new Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Veterans Association.

Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial War Veterans Association consists of 13 comrades; Comrade Hoang Ngoc Hoa, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial War Veterans Association.

On this occasion, the Provincial Association of War Veterans also announced the decision to establish 92 commune-level War Veterans Associations under the province. To ensure the continuous and effective operation of the War Veterans Associations at all levels, the Provincial Association of War Veterans requested that the War Veterans Associations of communes and wards quickly stabilize their organization, staffing and implement the Association's activities. At the same time, immediately develop an action plan for the last months of the year to ensure that it is close to the actual situation of the locality and unit and implement it synchronously and effectively.
