According to information from Phu Tho Electricity Company, as of 8:00 a.m. on September 8, the province recorded 139 incidents (including 1 110kV incident and 138 medium-voltage incidents). Due to proactive preparations for storm No. 3, by the morning of September 8, 122 incidents had been restored, while 17 had not. The total number of customers affected by power incidents was 739,771; currently, 60,071 customers have not had their power restored. Of the 17 incidents where power has not been restored, the cause has been found in 5 incidents, and the cause has not been found in 12 incidents.
Immediately after the incidents, the Company's Board of Directors went directly to the scene to grasp the situation and direct the work of overcoming the incidents, especially in areas with heavy damage. In addition to the Company's disaster prevention and search and rescue team, to promptly handle incidents to ensure power supply for people, Phu Tho Power Company established 3 more teams from less affected units to support heavily damaged units.
