David Beckham strengthens Inter Miami, while MLS is about to have Thomas Muller and Son Heung-min
According to American journalist, Favian Renkel, Mr. David Beckham and billionaire brothers Jorge and Jose Mas, are in contact to recruit 3 more top stars to Inter Miami this summer in the mid-season transfer window of MLS (American professional soccer league) which is open. They are players Nicolas Tagliafico (Argentine) whose contract with Lyon Club expired, Facundo Pellistri (Panathinaikos Club, Uruguayan) and Marc Bartra, Spain from Betis Club.

All three of these players are defenders, targets that David Beckham really wants to bring in to strengthen Inter Miami's defense, which has been very loose for a long time.
"With them, along with the presence of De Paul who has begun to create stability in the midfield with Busquets, and Jordi Alba will be pushed up to play alongside Messi and Suarez, Inter Miami will have a "super club" squad that can sweep away all opponents in MLS," Favian Renkel expressed.
David Beckham's efforts to strengthen Inter Miami are also due to the fact that other MLS clubs are significantly strengthening their strength. Among them, Vancouver Whitecaps FC has recruited veteran midfielder Thomas Muller (who has left Bayern Munich) with a 2-year contract. This is a rival that is competing with Inter Miami in the 2025 Supporters' Shield championship race, as well as the MLS Cup.
Meanwhile, Los Angeles FC has also made a big step forward in successfully recruiting Korean star player Son Heung-min from Tottenham of the English Premier League.
Son Heung-min (contract until June 2026) is said to be waiting until he finishes the friendly match between Tottenham and Newcastle on August 3 due to commercial commitments before deciding whether to move to the US or not.

According to transfer news experts Tom Bogert (USA) and Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham Club will not prevent Son Heung-min if he decides to go to MLS and join Los Angeles FC with his former teammate, goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.
The team let the 33-year-old striker make his own decision. According to Transfermarkt , Son Heung-min's transfer fee is currently around 20 million USD (about more than 524 billion VND).
Not only Los Angeles FC, Inter Miami or Vancouver Whitecaps FC, other teams in MLS are also racing to strengthen players in the ongoing transfer period.
David Beckham and billionaire brothers Jorge and Jose Mas, looking to capitalize on their success at the Club World Cup, will spend heavily to bolster Inter Miami.
In addition to the goal of conquering the championship in the 2025 season, they also demonstrated their ambition to convince Messi to officially sign a contract extension and in 2026 open the new stadium Miami Freedom Park.
