The delegation offered incense to express their infinite gratitude for President Ho Chi Minh's contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the country. The name, career, ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh will live forever in the hearts of every Vietnamese person.
Imbued with his teachings, over the years, the People's Councils of Bac Giang and Tuyen Quang provinces have always promoted the spirit of solidarity and unity; united efforts, strived to overcome all difficulties, led and organized implementation to achieve many important results.
Notably, the provincial People's Council meetings were successfully organized; decisions were made promptly, correctly, and accurately on important policies and measures to concretize the State's legal policies and resolutions of the two provinces in various fields.
At the same time, continuously innovate to speak up for voters and people; effectively perform the supervisory function of local elected bodies, contributing to promptly removing bottlenecks, difficulties and obstacles in practice, thereby actively contributing to socio -economic development, ensuring national defense and security of the two provinces.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation pledged to maintain faith in the Party's leadership and follow the revolutionary path that the Party and he had chosen; to constantly strive to cultivate political mettle, to contribute to building an increasingly prosperous country.
