The final night of the Mrs Grand Vietnam 2023 contest - Miss Grand Vietnam took place on the night of August 30 in Hanoi .

Right from the first rounds, Doan Thi Thu Hang received sympathy from the audience as well as the organizers. She has white skin and a lovely face. Doan Thu Hang graduated from Hai Phong Medical School and has worked for many years at Hai Phong Hospital. In addition, she also graduated from Hai Phong University before venturing into business.
Not only did she win the title of Miss, she also won the sub-award of Miss with a lovely face . During the final night, she could not help but burst into tears because she was so happy. Miss Doan Thi Thu Hang said: “After 7 days in the common house, accompanying the organizing committee, I have tried my best. For me, this result is beyond my expectations, I am extremely happy.
I think that all 18 contestants entering the final night are wonderful. We have stepped out of our comfort zone. This will be a happy and memorable time for me. In order not to disappoint everyone's trust, I will try harder. I will improve myself and carry out community projects in the future."
Accordingly, the remaining 4 runners-up were awarded to 1st runner-up - Bui Thi Sao Mai, 2nd runner-up - Hoang Hai Yen, 3rd runner-up - Quach Thi Than, 4th runner-up - Nguyen Thi Minh Hue.

The remaining secondary awards were given to the contestants Miss Knowledge - Nguyen Thi Minh Hue; Miss Talent - Le Thi Phuong; Miss with the most beautiful body - Bui Thi Sao Mai; Miss Best Performance Hoang Hai Yen; Miss Ao Dai Performance - Le Thi Phuong.
The person with the most beautiful evening gown - Nguyen Thi My, The most beautiful face - Doan Thu Hang; The most voted beauty - Nguyen Thi Hong Men; The most beautiful media - Tran Thi Thanh Thao.
Doan Thi Thu Hang will represent Vietnam in the Mrs. World Peace pageant which will take place in November 2023 in Myanmar.
