Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television was established under the decision of the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging press agencies of the three provinces of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong, including: Lam Dong Newspaper, Lam Dong Radio and Television Station; Binh Thuan Newspaper and Radio and Television Station; Dak Nong Newspaper, Dak Nong Radio and Television Station from July 1, 2025.

Before being appointed as Editor-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television, comrade Le Huy Toan held the position of Editor-in-Chief of Binh Thuan Newspaper and Radio and Television. This is a press agency established by the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging the Newspaper and Radio - Television of Binh Thuan and officially put into operation since its establishment on June 20, 2025.

Along with the appointment of the Editor-in-Chief position, the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee also appointed 11 Deputy Editors-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television. These comrades held the positions of Director, Deputy Director, Editor-in-Chief, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Newspaper agencies, Radio and Television stations of the three provinces of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong before the merger.
