Previously, at 5:00 p.m. on May 22, Ms. NTHH (39 years old, residing in Dong Giang Ward, Dong Ha City) was driving a motorbike through the intersection of National Highway 1 - Le Quy Don (Ward 1, Dong Ha City) when she saw a traffic accident and stopped to help the accident victim.

In a hurry to help someone, Ms. H. parked her motorbike close to the sidewalk and left her personal bag on the motorbike. At this time, a young man driving a motorbike passed by the scene and stole the bag on Ms. H's motorbike. The entire action of this young man was recorded by security cameras and cameras of residents' houses, then someone posted it on social media, causing many people to be indignant.
After receiving the report, using professional measures, Dong Ha City Police verified and clarified that the suspect who committed the handbag theft was Nguyen Duc Long (30 years old, residing in Ward 5, Dong Ha City).
