The Party Committee of Vi Xuyen commune was selected by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee as the unit to organize the model congress at the commune level in the whole province. According to the plan, the preparatory session was held on the afternoon of July 25, the official session on the morning of July 26. The congress was connected online to 123 points of communes and wards in the whole province and was live-streamed by the Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television on Tuyen Quang Online Newspaper and digital platforms.

Attending the Congress were delegates representing the Party and State leaders, provincial leaders and 189 delegates representing 2,214 party members in the entire commune Party Committee. Up to now, all preparations for the Commune Party Congress have been completed.
Giving opinions at the rehearsal, delegates suggested that the Congress Organizing Committee should restructure the welcoming art program; include performances imbued with the traditional cultural identity of the locality in the program.

Speaking at the rehearsal, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Ma The Hong requested the Congress Organizing Committee to pay more attention to the decoration and preparation of props for the performance. The Congress Presidium and Executive Secretary need to carefully study the script to run it in the right order. The working group and Party committees need to pay attention, support and guide Vi Xuyen commune to do a good job of preparing for the Congress.
