Petrolimex Insurance Corporation (PJICO) and FPT Corporation officially launched the Digital Transformation Consulting Project at Petrolimex Insurance Corporation (PJICO) for the period 2023-2028.

This Digital Transformation Consulting Project will be implemented by FPT Digital, a member company of FPT Group, specializing in providing digital transformation roadmap consulting services for businesses, accompanying PJICO in three phases.
Initially, FPT Digital will survey the current status of digital transformation to collect correct and sufficient information necessary for analyzing and evaluating the current status of digital transformation of PJICO and its member units. The survey results are the basis for analysis, orientation, and identification of key objectives in building an overall digital transformation strategy.
Next, based on the survey report, FPT Digital will evaluate the level of comprehensive digital transformation at PJICO according to 6 major categories: Digital experience for customers; Strategy; Digital infrastructure and technology ; Operations; Transformation of corporate culture; Data and information assets.
FPT Digital will provide training and guidance on digital transformation implementation at PJICO, equipping the core team with knowledge and skills to be ready for implementation, ensuring that the digital transformation process always follows the roadmap and achieves the set goals.
Mr. Pham Thanh Hai, Chairman of PJICO, expects that the project implementation in the period of 2023-2028 will continue to digitally transform many areas of operation, aiming to build a digital environment, build digital culture and human resources, enhance the convenience of product and service experiences with the criteria of always bringing the highest values to customers participating in insurance at PJICO.
