According to the record on the morning of November 8, on the Facebook page of the Da Nang Education Trade Union, a warning was posted about the appearance of a fake document from the Department allowing students to take time off from school on social networks.
In this fake document, students in Da Nang City are informed that they will be off school on November 8 due to heavy rain and the impact of a tropical depression... Notably, this document has a red stamp and the signatory is Ms. Le Thi Bich Thuan, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang.
