Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed Document No. 807/TTg-CN dated October 16, 2024 on assigning competent authorities to organize the preparation of a pre-feasibility study report for the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 construction project.
The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to be the competent authority to organize the completion of the Pre-Feasibility Study Report (FPS) of the overall project based on the synthesis of the FPS Reports of the component projects that have been prepared by the localities, and submit them to the Government so that the Government can submit them to the National Assembly for decision on investment policy according to regulations.
The People's Committees of the provinces: Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Long An are responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City in the process of completing the NCTKT Report and implementing the Project.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment advises and proposes the Prime Minister to establish a State Appraisal Council to promptly organize the appraisal of the Project's NCTKT Report according to regulations.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee urgently complete the investment preparation procedures for the Project according to the direction of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 6656/VPCP-CN dated September 18, 2024 of the Government Office.
