Hai Duong allocates 9,400 billion VND in public investment capital in 2025

The Hai Duong City Dynamic Urban Development Project is the province's only 2025 transitional project using ODA capital.

Accordingly, in 2025, the total public investment capital plan of the whole province is more than 9,400 billion VND. Of which, District and commune budget capital is over 3,100 billion VND (including capital construction expenditure of nearly 237.8 billion VND, investment from land use fee revenue of nearly 2,900 billion VND); provincial budget capital is nearly 6,300 billion VND (including domestic capital of nearly 6,100 billion VND, investment from local budget deficit - ODA re-borrowing of 190.1 billion VND).

Regarding provincial budget allocation: Implement investment in 51 projects with a total capital of more than 4,200 billion VND; target supplement to district budget nearly 1,500 billion VND...

Based on the assigned public investment capital plan for 2025, the Provincial People's Committee requests heads of departments, branches, units, and localities to be responsible for implementing according to regulations to ensure progress, quality, and efficiency.

Previously, on December 24, 2024, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau issued a document directing departments, branches, sectors, units and localities to rectify and improve the quality and efficiency of investment in projects and works in the province. In 2024, the total public investment capital of the province was more than 9,300 billion VND. By January 2, 2025, the whole province had disbursed more than 8,100 billion VND, reaching 86.6% of the plan assigned by the province and exceeding 16.9% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister .
