Support the family of village elder Briu Po who suffered damage due to fire

DNO - On July 16, leaders of Tay Giang commune visited, encouraged and gave money to support the family of village elder Briu Po (Arơh village) who suffered losses due to fire.

During the visit, Tay Giang commune leaders presented 40 million VND to support Mr. Briu Po’s family. The commune’s sectors and organizations also presented gifts worth 10 million VND along with some essential items and necessities.

Currently, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Giang commune is mobilizing organizations, philanthropists and people to join hands to support and help the family of village elder Briu Po to soon rebuild their house and stabilize their lives.

Earlier, on the evening of July 13, a fire broke out in the kitchen area, spread quickly and burned down the entire ^80m2 wooden house and all of Mr. Briu Po’s family’s property. Fortunately, the fire did not cause any human casualties.

Immediately afterwards, local authorities mobilized local forces to set up temporary shelters and called on social resources to support essential items for the family.
