According to the announcement from the Traffic Police Department, Hoa Binh Provincial Police, the surveillance camera system has been operating effectively, detecting and handling a series of violations in just one week. This is one of the efforts of the functional forces to strengthen traffic safety control in the province, minimizing the risk of accidents.

Run a red light (car)
According to Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, drivers who run red lights will be fined from VND4,000,000 to VND6,000,000. In addition, the driver's driver's license will be revoked for 1 to 3 months. In case of failure to comply with traffic lights and causing an accident, the driver's license can be revoked for 2 to 4 months.
Speeding (car)
Fines for speeding are divided as follows:
Speeding from 5 km/h to under 10 km/h: Fine from 800,000 to 1,000,000 VND.
Speeding from 10 km/h to 20 km/h: Fine from 4,000,000 to 6,000,000 VND, with driver's license revocation from 1 to 3 months.
Driving from 20 km/h to 35 km/h: Fine from 6,000,000 to 8,000,000 VND, driver's license revocation from 2 to 4 months.
Driving over 35 km/h: Fine from 10,000,000 to 12,000,000 VND, driver's license revocation from 2 to 4 months.

When coming to pay the fine, the violator needs to bring the following documents:
Vehicle registration.
Certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection.
The offender's driving license.
Citizen identification card (one copy of each document).
