Mr. Pham Ngoc Tuan, General Director of Vietfootball Joint Stock Company, head of the tournament organizing committee, expects WVPL-S1 to be a top 7-a-side football playground for women, thereby spreading and promoting the development of women's football movement in Vietnam, creating more playgrounds, attracting the attention of audiences, the media and stronger social investment in women's football.
