11th grade student in Ho Chi Minh City who lost contact has returned home

Speaking with Tuoi Tre Online , Ms. Le Thi Bich Thao - the aunt of student LTMT (born in 2008), studying in grade 11 at Nguyen Van Linh High School (District 8) - confirmed that she was brought home safely by authorities at around 3am this morning, October 11.

T.'s family is living in Binh Tri Dong A ward, Binh Tan district.

Also on the morning of October 11, T. and his family went to work at District 5 Police (HCMC). Ms. Thao said that T.'s health condition is stable.

Ms. Thao added that T. said he went to My Tho town, Cao Lanh district, Dong Thap and proactively cut off contact with his family. Here, he applied for a part-time job at a coffee shop.

According to Ms. Thao, the family is encouraging and providing psychological support to T. It is expected that next Monday (October 14), T. will return to school and continue studying.

As previously reported by Tuoi Tre Online , T. lost contact with her family on October 4. The family was extremely confused because they had no clue where she went. The family asked for help from authorities in Ho Chi Minh City.
